Pricing & billing questions
Annual billing is paid once for the year and works out roughly two months cheaper than paying monthly: €158 saved on Essential, €398 on Advanced, and €1,198 on Enterprise. Monthly billing is charged each month with no annual commitment. You can start on either and switch at renewal.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from inside the platform and we'll prorate the difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period so you keep the features you've paid for until then.
We onboard your course, configure the monitoring zones across fairways, greens and tees, and give your team guided access to the full platform for 30 days. There's no payment required up front and no obligation to subscribe at the end.
Enterprise covers up to five courses on a single centralised dashboard with cross-course benchmarking and portfolio reporting. Additional courses beyond five are €99/month each. For larger groups, contact sales for a tailored quote.
You can cancel directly from the billing settings inside the platform. There are no long contracts and no cancellation fees. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT or local tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing country and business status.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, SEPA direct debit for EU customers, and bank transfer for Enterprise customers on annual billing. Invoices are issued in euro on standard EU payment terms.
